The Rev. Kimball Arnold
Deacon Kimball attended Northern Arizona University. She has served a number of volunteer organizations in various capacities. She responded to God’s call to become a Deacon when she was at St Luke’s, and was ordained in 2000. She is certified by the American Academy of Bereavement. Deacon Kimball is the clergy liaison for Outreach.

The Rev. Bonnie Cain

The Rev. Jim Schubert
The Rev. Jim Schubert is a retired pastor in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). He was ordained in 1990 and has served in parishes in Wisconsin, Arizona, and Kansas as well as a call to Scottsdale AZ Crisis Intervention team.
His background includes work in field of mental health, hospice, ER chaplain, parish ministry, police community crisis intervention, and OSL healing prayer ministry. He holds a Masters Degree in English Literature from ASU and Masters of Divinity from Wartburg Seminary, Dubuque, IA.

The Rev. Susan Schubert
The Rev. Susan Schubert was ordained in 1990 in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. She retired in 2015 after serving congregations in Wisconsin, Arizona and Kansas. Susan received a M.S.W. from Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ in 1981 and a M.Div. from Wartburg Theological Seminary in Dubuque, Iowa. She is further certified an Intentional Interim Pastor.
Her background includes teaching school, training and working as a Mental Health Specialist at Chicago Read Mental Health Center, Phoenix South Mental Health Center and Maricopa County Hospital’s Psychiatric E.R., and at Mesa Lutheran Hospital as a psychiatric and medical social worker.
She designed and founded a Child Abuse Prevention Program in five cities in the Phoenix East Valley area, and served in a private counseling practice with locations in four cities. Her experience has included work in inpatient and outpatient settings both as a clinician and an administrator.
Besides serving in existing congregations, she planted two Mission Churches, one in Wisconsin and one in Arizona. She is presently serving as the Arizona Director of the Order of St. Luke Healing Communities, an International and InterDenominational Organization for healing prayer. She and her husband serve as Chaplains to the OSL Communities in Scottsdale and at St. Luke’s in Prescott.
